RESERVING AS PART OF THE KALAYAAN PUMP STORAGE PLANT COMPLEX SITE OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY KALAYAAN, MUNICIPALITY OF LUMBAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement a certain parcel of the public domain situated at Barangay Kalayaan, Lumban, Laguna, and reserve the same as part of the Kalayaan Pump Storage Plant Site, under the administration of the National Power Corporation (NAPOCOR), subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:
