BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 609

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 07 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 07 November 2018, a Wednesday, the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 142° founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the Presidenti RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 07 November 2018, a special (non-working) ad in the Municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas.
