DECLARING. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1987, AS A NON-WORKING SPECIAL _ PUBLIG} HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF CEBU.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 24, 1987, marks’ the Golden Charter Anniversary of the City of Cebu; and
WHEREAS,. the people of the City of Cebu should be afforded the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate cere- monies. .
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 24, 1987, as a non-working special public holiday in Cebu City.
