DAZA 122nd WHEREAS, Sunday, November 15, 1992, marks the birth anniversary of the late Don Eugenio S. Daza; WHEREAS, Don Eugenio S. Daza rendered invaluable service to our country and to the Filipino people as a teacher, revo- lutionary leader, and legislator;! WHEREAS, Don Eugenio S. Daza, as a Major, was the overall Commander of Revolutionary Forces in the East Coast of Samar during the 1896 Philippine Revolution and the Brains of the Balangiga "Massacre" Encounter; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the residents ofBorongan, Eastern Samar, his birthplace, be given full oppor- tunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, November 15, 1992, as Don Eugenio S.
