BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 61

DECLARING FRIDAY, 07 OCTOBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 07 October 2022, Friday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of the Provincial Indigenous Peoples Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 07 October 2022, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
