MALACANAN~ Manila /IJtf BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES-' PROCLAMATION NO. 610 AUTHORIZING THE FILIPINO WAR VETERANS FOUNDATION (FIL"ETS), INC.. TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR WHEREAS, the Filipino War Veterans Foundation (FILVETS), Inc., needs additional time to enable it to raise more funds to attain its laudable goal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Filipino War Veterans Foundation (FILVETS), Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year, effective upon .the promulgation of thisProclamation.
