PROCLAMATION NO. 610

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF SABTANG NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY SINAKAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SABTANG, PROVINCE OF BATANES, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MAPACAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Sinakan, Municipality of Sabtang, Province of Batanes, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS (LOT NO. 84, CAD-940-D)

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 84, Cad 940-D) as surveyed for Sabtang National School of Fisheries Site, situated in the Barrio of Sinakan, Municipality of Sabtang Province of Batanes, Island of Luzon, Bounded on the SW, along line 1- 2 by Road (3.5 meters wide); on the NW, along line 2-3 by Lot No. 85 (Sabtang Elem. School), along NW, NE, along lines 3-4-5 by Lot No. 682; on the NE, along lines 5-6-7 by Lot No. 683 (Sabtang National School of Fisheries-Salvage Zone); and SE, along line 8-1 by Lot No. 1 (Municipal Site), all by Cad 940-D.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 43 deg. 47” W., 19.06 meters from BLLM No. 1, Cad 940-D, thence:

Restituto M. Tagaban on August 18, 1987 and was approved on Oetober 20, 1988.

The area covered by the proclamation shall be under administrative supervision of the Department of Education who shall be responsible in maintaining the usefulness of the area.
