BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 610

DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF EASTERN SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 09 November 2018, Friday, the Province of Eastern Samar will mark the celebration of its 53 founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Eastern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 09 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Eastern Samar.
