RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE STA. ANA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY 28, POBLACION, CITY OF DAVAO, SQLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or. settlement and reserve for school site pur- ‘poses of the Sta. Ana National High School under the administration’ of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any. there be, a certain pareel’ of land of the public domain situated in Barangay 28, Poblacion, City of Davao, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:
