PROCLAMATION NO. 613

DECLARING THURSDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF OCCIDENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 15 November 2018, a Thursday, the Province of Occidental Mindoro will mark the celebration of its 68" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Occidental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 15 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Occidental Mindoro.
