DECLARING OCTOBER 4, 1969 AS SHOE INDUSTRY“ DAY.
[ WHEREAS, the Philippine Shoe Industry is one of the country's major cottarze industries; and
WHEREAS, it is fitting to five due recognition to the contribution of the shoe industry to econonic development;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippine, do hereby declare October 4, 1969, as Shoe Industry Day under the auspices of the First Philippine Shoe Festival.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set ny hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed,
