RESERVING. FOR SCHOOL) SITE PURPOSES OF THE SISON ELEMENTARY SCHOQh, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY SISON, MUNICIPALITY OF MAITUM, PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF. MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Sison Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of. the public domain situated at Barangay Sison, Municipality of Maitum, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 362-I, Csd-11-003017-D) situated in Barangay Sison, Maitum, South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line we 1-2 by Road, on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 362-H, Csd-11-003017-D, along line 3-4 by Lot 362- E, Csd-11-003017-D on the NW., .and NE., along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 362-D, Csd-11-003017-D and on the SE., along-line 6-1 by Road. Beginning at a point marked “1" on the plan being S. 55-43-W., 1158.70 m. from BLLM No. 21, Cad-152; thence

N 49-00 W, 100.00 m. to point 2; N 33-29 E, 49.87 m. to point 3; N 34-34 E, 24.98 m. to point 4; N 34-54.E, 25.02 m. to point 5; S 49-21 E, 99.54 m. to point 6; S 33-23 W, 100.51 m. to point 1;

point of beginning containing an area of NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND TEN (9,910) SQUARE METERS. All points referred to are marked on the ground as follows: points 1 and 6, By Old BL and the rest by PS CYL. CONC. MONS. 15 x 60 oms., bearings true. ;
