PROCLAMATION NO. 614

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 10 JULY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 10 July 2013, marks the 9"" year anniversary of the conversion of Santa Rosa, Laguna into a city;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 10 July 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna.
