WHEREAS, there is a need to focus attention on the historic sigeificanee of the occasion;

KOW, THEREFORE, Vg FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Sook ~t, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administra- tive Code of 1987, do hereby declare Saturday, July 15, 1995, as a special day in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
