RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF LAURETA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN SAN MIGUEL, TAGUM CITY, DAVAO DEL NORTE

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from the sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of Laureta Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, a certain parcel of land of the public domain subject to final ground survey situated in San Miguel, Tagum City, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:
