PROCLAMATION NO. 617.

RESERVING FOR MULTI-PURPOSE PLAZA SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN CAGANGANAN, BANAYBANAY, DAVAO ORIENTAL

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from the sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for Plaza site purposes under the administration of the Local Government Unit, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Caganganan, Banaybanay, Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:
