BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 617

DECLARING FRIDAY, 23 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, on 23 November 2018, a Friday, the Province of Benguet will mark the celebration of its 118" founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Benguet be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 23 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
