DECLAI-ING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF TARLAC AND NUEVA VIZCAYA

PROCLAMATION NO. 618

Pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C.

AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the existence

of a state of public calamity in the provinces of Tarlac and Nueva

" Vizcaya which, according to latest reports from the National Disaster

Q) Coordinuung Council, have also been heavily damaged by the recent strong earthquake. |
