BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 618

DECLARING FRIDAY, 2 AUGUST 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Friday, 2 August 2013, marks the celebration of 63" “Adlaw Hong Butuan’, the Charter Day of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Butuan

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO lll, do hereby declare Friday, 2 August 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
