BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. ¢19

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BALACAD, CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AS A TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a tourism economic zone, an area located in Barangay Balacad, City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, henceforth to be known as FORTH ILOCANDIA TOURISM ECONOMIC ZONE, consisting of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY FOUR THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY (774,680) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Ccn-100041), situated in the Barrio of Balacad, City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon.
