BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.619

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 05 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PALAYAN, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA

WHEREAS, on Wednesday, 05 December 2018, the City of Palayan,

Province of Nueva Ecija, will mark the celebration of its 53 founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Palayan,

be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, , SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 05 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Palayan, Province of Nueva Ecija.
