BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 619

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 AUGUST 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2024, Friday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun Afi Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 16 August 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
