AUTHORIZING .THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MENTAL TEALTI FOUNDATION INCORPORATED TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL MEMBERSIIIP AND FUND CAMPAZGN FOR THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 1, 1986 'TO DECEMBER 31, 1987

WHEREAS , the National Center for Menta] Ilealth Founda- tion ‘Incorporated (NCMII, Inc.) is a private, non-stock and charitable organization directly assisting the National Center for Mental Ilealth in its rehabilitation program for the mentally ill; .

WIIEREAS , the National Center for Mental Jlealth Founda- tion, Inc. has amply demonstrated that its program of rehabilitation of the mentally. ill has produced positive results and should merit the continued moral and financial support of the public;

NOW, TUMREFORE, F, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national membership and fund campaign for the period from December -1, L986 to December 31,
