DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 20, 2001, marks the 42"? Foundation Day anni- versary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book IJ, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 20, 2001, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.
