BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 62

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, 20 October 2016, marks the 63 Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pigcawayan, Cotabato.
