PROCLAMATION NO. 620

DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 1991, AS "MUNICIPALITY OF SIBUEAN DAY'' IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBULAN, PROVENCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 31, 1991, marks the 81st foundation day of the Municipality of Sibulan, Province of Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, the residents of Sibulan desire to comme- morate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, © do hereby declare Thursday, January 31, 1991, as "Munici- pality of Sibulan Day" in the Municipality of Sibulan, Province of Negros Oriental. The special day, however, shall be a regular working and school day. ,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to bé affixed.
