WHEREAS }euthe Teodoro F. Valencia. Foundation, Inc.,

• was last autho$ed under Proclamation No. 419 dated 13 June 1989 to conduct a national fund campaign up to 20 June 1990; : WHEREAS, the*®eodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., still needs additfonal time to raise more funds for its laudable goal; B 4 A . NOW, THERAFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of . the Philippines, by virtue. of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further extend the national fund campaign period:of the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., up to 20 June 1991.

For this purpose, all donatiofs, bequests, gifts received by the Teodoro F. Valencia Foundation, Inc., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be “ free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of the National Internal Reyenue Code, as amendéd.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Repubtic- of the Philippines to be affixed. °
