BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 623

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MANAT BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY MANAT, MUNICIPALITY OF NABUNTURAN, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO’

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site pur- poses of the Manat Barangay High School under the adminis- tration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Manat, Municipality of Nabunturan, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot 5000-B, Csed-11-008664-D identical to Lot 12991, Pls-2 sd (Compostela Public Land Subdivision) :

Bounded on the Northeast along lines 5-6-7 by Road; on the Southeast along line 7-8 by Lot 5000-A, Csd-11- 008664-D, (MANAT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL) identical to Lot 12990, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision, on the Southwest along lines 8-9-10-11-1-2 by Road and on the Northwest along lines 2-3-4 by Road. Beginning from point marked "1" on plan, being S. 24 deg. 05° E., 96.19 m. from BLLM No. 3, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision.

Bearing true, date of original survey October 1, 1952 to June, 30, 1953, that of the subdivision survey January 17, 1985 by Geodetic Engineer Blas A. Caberte and was approved on March 11, 1989. .
