DECLARING MONDAY, 26 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARAGUSAN, PROVINCE OF

COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 25 November 2018, Sunday, the Municipality of Maragusan, Province of Compostela Valley, will mark the celebration of its 41°' founding

anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of Maragusan, to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan requested that 26 November 2018, Monday, instead of 25 November 2018 which falls on a Sunday, be

declared a special (non-working) day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Maragusan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 26 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Maragusan, Province of Compostela Valley.
