DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARGARITA, PROVINCE OF

SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2018, a Wednesday, the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sta. Margarita be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sta. Margarita, Province of Samar.
