MALACANA~ Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 628 AUTHORIZING THE EPHPHETA FOUNDATION FOR THE BLIND, INC., TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., was authorized under Proclamation No. 381, dated May 16, 1994, to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one <1) year; WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., would like to pursue its Outreach Programs through the com- pletion of its Ephpheta Home for the Aged Blind in Hermosa, Bataan, and Ephpheta Center for the Disabled in Libon, AlbaYi WHEREAS, the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc., additional time to raise more funds for its laudable needsgoal; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of the power~ vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Ephpheta Foundation for the Blind, Inc. to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.
