BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.629

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 28 NOVEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 28 November 2018, Wednesday, the Municipality of Pifan, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, will celebrate its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pifian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 28 November 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pifian, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
