MALACANANG RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHiLIPPINES PROCLAMATION No. 63 DECLARING NOVEMBER 29, 1962, AS HOME EXTENSION DAY In order to appreciate more fully and fulfill the vit:-ll influence and potentialities of the Filipino home and to emphasize the need of developing household arts andl in­ dustries in such a manner as to strengthen their material sufficiency, aesthetic effectiveness, and moral stability, I, Diosdado Macapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby declm'e November 29, 1962, as Home Extension Day. I call upon all government and non-government entities and all residents of the Philippines to lend their fun cooperation in the appropriate observance of this day.
