ESTABLISHING AS ABASIG-MATOGDON WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC ‘DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LABO AND. SAN VICENTE, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES.

& . Uporm recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and set aside .for watershed and other ecological enhancement purposes, subject to private rights, if there bo ony, and Go the operations, of the previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific purposes, the parcel of public domain located in the municipalities of Labo and San Vicente, province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon, more particu- larly described as follows:
