PROCLAMATION NO. _63

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 20, 2001, marks the 54" Charter Anniversary of the City of Dagupan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 20, 2001, as a special day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. .
