BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 63

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Negros Oriental marks the celebration of the “Buglasan Festival’ in the month of October of every year;

WHEREAS, in order for the people of the Province of Negros Oriental to celebrate and participate in the event, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan has requested that Friday, 21 October 2016 be declared as a special non-working day in the Province of Negros Oriental.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 October 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Negros Oriental.
