By virtue of the powers vested in me by law,

I, FERDINAND E. MASCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. $61 dated March 6, 1968, by enlarging the area covered and reserving the same for industrial purposes including the establishment of an industrial estate, subject to private rights, if any there by, under the adminis-
