DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM. SEPTEMBER 18 TO 24, 1995, A "PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT WEEK" °

: WHEREAS, the Production Management Association of the Philippines (PROMAP) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-stock organization ‘established and committed to promote industrial development through etter and efficient management of the production system;

WHEREAS, PROMAP will be holding the 8th National Convention on eptember 21 to 23, 1995, in Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olangapo City with e theme: "GLOBAL COMPETITION: THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE TO

UFACTURING";

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus national attention on the ‘important role production executives play in the development of our economy;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the
