BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 631

DECLARING SATURDAY, 01 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAINTA, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 01 December 2018, Saturday, the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its Sumbingtik Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cainta be given full opportunity to participate in and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare

Saturday, 01 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cainta, Province of Rizal.
