BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 631

DECLARING FRIDAY, 13 SEPTEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVER, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 13 September 2024 Friday, the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary (Adlaw Nan Claver);

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Claver be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 13 September 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Claver, Province of Surigao del Norte.
