RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITE PURPOSES OF

THE PROVINCE OF ISABELA, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF

THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY ALIBAGU,

MUNICIPALITY OF ILAGAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA.

Upon récommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for Provincial Government Center Site purposes of the Province of Isabela, subject to private rights, if there be any, a certain pareel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Alibagu, Municipality of JIlagan, Province of Isabela, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land, plan Ap-2-02-000722, which is identical to Lot 8200, Cad. 403, as surveyed for PROPOSED GOVERNMENT CENTER OF ISABELA, situated in the Barrio of Alibagu, Municipality of Ilagan, Provinee of Isabela, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Lot 13888, an line .2-3 by Lot 13889, line 3-4 by Lot 13890, line. 4-5 by Lot 14166, line 5-6 by Lot 14167, line 6-7 by Lot 14168, line 7-8 by Lot 14169, line 8-9 by Lot 14170, line 9-10 by Lot 14171, line 10-11 by Lot 14172, line 11-12 by Lot 14173, lines 12-13-14 by Lot 11986 all of Cad. 403; on the NW., along lines 14-15-16-17-18-19 by National Road; on the NE., along lines 19-20-21-22-23 by Lot 13877, Cad. 403 (Port.) Bearings grid; date of original survey on July 28, 1983 and that the survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer Juan P. Ortiz on January 10, 1989 and was approved on April 3, 1989.
