DECLARING FRIDAY, JUNE 11, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, the Province of Rizal was formally established on June 11, 1901;

WHEREAS, Friday, June 11, 2004, marks the 103 Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Rizal;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Rizal be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, June 11, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Rizal.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
