DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 1, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 1, 2004, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare

Thursday, July 1, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac.
