DECLARING THURSDAY, 22 AUGUST 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Thursday, 22 August 2013, marks the commemoration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 22 August 2013, as a special (non- working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Thursday, 22 August 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
