BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 635

DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NARVACAN, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS

SUR

WHEREAS, on 13 December 2018, Thursday, the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur, will mark the celebration of its founding anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Narvacan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 13 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Narvacan, Province of Ilocos Sur.
