PROCLAMATION No.222

DECLARING TUESDAY, 3 SEPTEMBER 2013; AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA

WHEREAS, Tuesday, 3 September 2013, marks the commemoration of the 45" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Iriga;

WHEREAS, in order to give the people of the City of Iriga the opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion, it is but fitting and proper to declare 3 September 2013, as a special non-working day.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 3 September 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Iriga.
