BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 637

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 December 2018, Thursday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of the Pasaway-Handurawan

Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 December 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
