PROCLAMATION NO. 639

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE PADADA CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED IN POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF PADADA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Padada Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, certain parcels of land of the public domain located in Poblacion, Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if there be any, which parcels of land are more particularly described as follows:

LOT NO. 1, CCS-11-000807

A PARCEL OF LAND (LOT 1, Ccs-1 1-000807, consolidation and subdivision of Block 42, 43 and 44, Ts-229-D) situated in Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Padada, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., along lines 8-9-10- 11-13 and on the E., along lines 13-14-15-16-17-18 by Road; on the S., along lines 18-19-1 by Lot 4; along lines 1-2 by Lot 2, both of Ccs-11-000807; and on the NW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 by Road.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on Plan, being S. 77 deg. 12’ W., 1,949.42 m from BLLM No. 134, Cad-275, thence:

Bounded on the N., along lines 14-1 by Lot 1; on the E., along line 1-2 by Lot 4, both if Ccs-11-000807; on the S., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10; on the W., along lines 10- 11-12-13-14 both by Road.

The parcels of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale or lease, or other mode of disposition until again declared alienable by the President through the issuance of a proclamation.
