ESTABLISHING AS CATANDUANES WATERSHED RESERVE THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNT—

CIPALITIES OF VIRAC, BATO, SAN MIGUEL, PANDAN,

CALOLBON AND BARAS, PROVINCE OF CATANDUANES.
