DECLARING SUNDAY, JULY 1, 2001, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Sunday, July 1, 2001, marks the 88" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Dipolog;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Dipolog be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Sunday, July 1, 2001, as a special day in the City of Dipolog. ,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. .
